TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES - INTERNATIONAL
1. PRICE AND FOB POINT: Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (US$), FOB Port Klang, Malaysia
2. PAYMENT TERMS: 30% of total sum upon order confirmation, balance 70% of total sum via Telegraphic Transfer upon Bill of Lading (BL) provided.
3. MINIMUM ORDER: 600 square metres per colour per design.
4. DELIVERY: Delivery is quoted from date of acceptance of written purchase order and 30% of total sum received. Under no circumstances will we accept a penalty clause.
5. DUTIES, INSURANCE & TAXES: Prices do not include taxes, duties, insurance, freight, or handling charges which shall be paid by the buyer.
6. CANCELLATION: All orders are non-cancellable. Any cancellation requests will be considered at the sole discretion of Owlcee Mills. If approved, all cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee and a restocking fee to be determined at the sole discretion of Owlcee Mills.
7. ACCEPTANCE: All orders and sales contracts are valid only upon written acceptance by an officer of the Seller at our office in Semenyih, Malaysia.
8. WARRANTY: Owlcee Mills Sdn. Bhd. warrants all carpets of its manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Owlcee Mills Sdn. Bhd. Owlcee Mills Sdn. Bhd. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for them any other liability in connection with the sale of their products.
Owlcee Mills Sdn. Bhd. have the discretion to update this policy at any time. Please speak to our International Sales department for more information.
